Stayed for one night as was flying from Southend Airport. Room was nice and clean booked with 2 singles get upgraded free of charge. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to town in quiet area. Nice shower.
The staff was very polite and friendly, from the moment we arrived he made my daughter's birthday extra special. Plus he upgraded the triple rooms I ordered to 2 family rooms free of charge. The rooms was really lovely and lots of space and a tv in the room. we spent most of our trip enjoying all the activities in Southend on sea and was nice to come back and sleep it off in a comfy bed and no noise around the hotel. Most definetly recommend staying and will be coming back in future stays to
I stayed at the hotel on Sunday the 20th of may.I booked a basic single room for one night..when I got there they upgraded me to a single room with ensuite. It was very pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again top hotel.very clean.and the people there were so helpful. 10 out of 10
I have stayed here several times. Excellent value for money. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Few minutes walk from Town Centre. Throughout the Summer always fully booked. Excellent car parking off road.
Very simple and clean rooms in a very nice location! We by accidentally booked a triple room for two nights instead of one and the owner was kind and understanding in helping us agree to a way of cancelling the second night! Definitely recommend this place to someone looking for simple and quiet accommodation!
A basic clean hotel. Very nice manager who upgraded my room from a double to a family room for free, he was very well mannered and done his upmost to accommodate me and my two children.The room was very well presented, clean and well organised. This hotel is nice and quiet and only a 10 minute walk away from the beach and local restaurants. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel when looking for good value for money. I will definitely stay there again a BIG thumbs up from me.
They have done a very good job of turning a tired guest house into a clean & comfortable place to stay. Good bed, clean shower & TV. Tea & coffee in the room. The reception not staffed all the time, but an emergency number if you need anything. Short walk to the sea front & shops. If you just need to rest while working, Shopping, seeing a show or visiting family this is the place to be
We stayed there on 18th and 19th may 2018. The owner is very helpful, hotel new and spottlestly clean.. All new furnishings. The beds are so comfortable and duvets and pillows were lush.we wish we could have stayed longer. We were upgraded to the family room as we were one of hes first clients.the room was very spacious with double bed and two singles. En suite shower room was a little bit of luxury.we will definitely be returning. The prices of the rooms are excellent. We highly recommend this hotel.its so close to all amenities and seafront.
